Team Objective 1 – Laramie County families (parents and other caretakers), businesses and providers are educated on the benefits to the child, family and community of accredited, licensed or legally exempt childcare and importance of investing in high quality learning environments.
Team Objective 2 – Laramie County children and youth have positive and involved family and community structure, as well as access to a variety of activities, that provide quality education and positive learning environments and assist in developing life skills.
Team Objective 3 – Laramie County families are aware and have access to education programs focusing on parenting skills and support networks.
Team Objective 4 – Laramie County children and youth are productive, engaged and avoid risky behaviors.

Helping Neighbors In Crisis and Strengthening Families
Team Objective 1 – Laramie County residents living in poverty have adequate education, skills and safety net services necessary to obtain a livable wage and manage daily activities in a livable environment.
Team Objective 2 – Laramie County residents have a single access point to help navigate their way to resources to meet basic life, safety and economic needs.
Team Objective 3 – Laramie County residents have a sustainable network of efficient safety net organizations offering a variety of services, referrals, and case management resources.
Team Objective 4 – Laramie County seniors have opportunities/services to acquire or maintain a level of independent living they choose or desire.
